Geriatric Expert Group frailty advice
During a teleconference and at the EUGMS congres in Malaga
the Geriatric Expert Group (GEG) discussed an advice to the CHMP of the
Ema about available and validated tools/methods which can be used to
examine effect and safety in frail patients. The definitve advice is
expected next month.
As chairman of the GEG prof. Marchionni is elected. As member dr M. Theodorakis from Greece is added to the GEG.
On 21 November the Strategic Implementation Plan on the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy aging has been published by the European Commission.
